LivFit AI is an AI-powered health companion that helps you log and understand information about your meals, lab results, sleep, activity, and health goals, and provides personalized, informational guidance based on what you share. The Service is currently offered as an early-access product, and its features may change, expand, or be discontinued as it evolves.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to notify us promptly at support@livfitai.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Health Information and No Medical Advice
The Service allows you to log health-related information and receive AI-generated insights about it. This content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and you should not rely on it as such. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the Service.
5. AI-Generated Content
Responses and insights in the Service are generated by artificial-intelligence models. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and may not account for your full medical history or circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating any AI-generated content before acting on it, and for verifying important information — especially anything relating to your health — with a qualified professional.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- Use the Service to develop a competing product, or scrape or harvest data from the Service;
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others; or
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to the Service, such as meal photos, lab reports, logs, and messages (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service for you, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
8. Our Intellectual Property
The Service — including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to LivFit AI and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
9. Early Access and Availability
The Service is offered on an early-access basis. Features may be added, modified, or removed, and access may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time as we develop the product. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in your region. Where reasonably possible, we will give you notice of significant changes.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. 12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LivFit AI and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or health outcomes — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LivFit AI from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India, unless applicable law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
