- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.

You can permanently delete your LivFit AI account and its data at any time, in the app or on this page. Deleting your account cannot be undone.
Option 2
Delete on this page
Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you use in the LivFit AI app. Signing in here only finds your account. It never creates a new one, and nothing is deleted until you confirm on the next step.

This is permanent. Your profile, health information, meal and vitals logs, lab reports, conversations, uploaded files and memory notes will be deleted, and cannot be recovered.
Your account has been deleted
Your LivFit AI account and its data have been removed from our live systems. Any copies in backups are overwritten within 30 days. If the app is still installed on a device, it will sign you out there shortly. You can then uninstall it.
Option 3
Guest accounts, or if you can't sign in
Guest accounts are tied to the device they were created on, so they can't be found on this page. If you still have that device, delete the account in the app (Option 1).
If you can't use either option, for example because you lost the device, email support@livfitai.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Send it from the email address on your account, if it has one, or give enough detail for us to identify it. We will confirm when your account has been deleted, within 30 days at the latest.
What we delete and what we keep
Deleted right away
- Your account and profile (name, email, age, height, weight, goals and preferences).
- Your health information: meal logs and photos, vitals, lab reports and their results, diet plans and daily logs.
- Your conversations with the AI companion, uploaded files, and memory notes.
- Your sign-in sessions. If you delete on this page with Apple, we also revoke LivFit AI’s access to your Apple ID.
- Your early-access (waitlist) entry, if no other LivFit AI account uses the same email address.
Kept for a limited time
- Database backups: remaining copies are overwritten within 30 days.
- Crash and performance data in Firebase: up to 90 days.
- Server and security logs, which may include IP addresses and account identifiers: up to one year, or longer if the law requires.
- Support emails, including your deletion request: up to 24 months.
